HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY KIT?

It will take anywhere from 3-5 business days. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All our products are shipped here in California from our warehouses. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not deliver kits or products internationally at this time, but anyone can purchase our courses.

WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE?

Yes you will. Once you have completed the course you will be able to download a PDF certificate making you a certified technician!

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE COURSE?

Please wait 24-48 hours for further instruction. We try our best to send you your course information within the same day.

Our training courses are all online. After your purchase, you will get a link to create an account. These courses are designed for you to work on your own time with your own schedule.

Information and procedural videos will all be provided by licensed and certified professionals. We will provide in-depth information for everything you need to know about the procedure such as anatomy, client consultation, pre and after care, setting up for procedure, step by step instructions and even more. You are able to watch live procedure videos and other videos covering more explanation. 

We also will provide proper client intake forms for you to use for your business as well as marketing assets. 

Upon successful completion you will receive your certification in a downloadable PDF form in the system.

Delivery Information

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours depending on the volume of orders being processed. It's usually processed within 24 hours. We inspect our products to make sure the quality is good before shipping. Once the product in shipped, we are not liable for any damages that occurred during the shipment process. Products are in good condition when shipped out. Please remember to be courteous to our staff members as well as the essential couriers working at this time.

WHAT IS ZIP?

Zip, formerly QuadPay, gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple installments. Zip is a platform built for shoppers, that empowers them to buy now, pay over time and avoid repayments.

WHAT DOES IT COST A CUSTOMER TO USE ZIP?

If a customer pays on time, there is never a cost to using Zip.

Orders and Returns

CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the course and the product types. Please do your research before purchasing. All sales are finals.

Course Returns may be 'returned' at the discretion of Cali Beauty Center under special circumstances. These returns will be in the form of a store credit. Course must not have been accessed. Once logged in, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Must be within 7 days of purchase date. 

I FORGOT TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I STILL GET A DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds after any purchase due to our processing system. Please review your purchase carefully before purchasing.
