Refund:

Due to sanitary issues, all products are final sale.

No refunds on products or courses.

Returns of an unaccessed course will only be accepted in special circumstances at the discretion of Cali Beauty Center. Accessed courses will be non-refundable.

If the course has not yet been accessed, you may be able to receive a refund of the course as store credit in the amount paid for. Courses must be ‘returned’ within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

Returns in store credit will be at the discretion of Cali Beauty Center.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged in the special circumstances that an item has been approved for return. In this instance, the customer will receive a refund in store credit once the returned item has been approved.

What counts as access to the course?

A login to the course will count as accessing the course even if you have not started the course. By logging into the course you are entering the course.
